Through our partnership with Reimbursify, we will check your out-of-network insurance coverage and submit your visits to your insurance company, so you don’t have to!

Through our partnership with TrueMed, many of our members are eligible to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) funds toward their visits with us.

TrueMed will then send you instructions on how to submit your receipts for our services to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement (effectively saving you up to 40% by allowing you to use pre-tax funds on our services).

Please note - TrueMed will be able to assist with HSA/FSA reimbursement after full payment is collected at CIH.

FSAs and HSAs can always be used to pay for tests, co-pays, and supplements (without using TrueMed).

After you register as a patient, we match you with the best provider based on your top health concerns and provider availability. We will try to assign you the provider that specializes in your needs.

You may request a certain provider based on their bios.

However, keep in mind that the availability varies for all providers.

Here’s what to expect when you book an appointment on this page:

1. Someone from our team will be in touch with you soon to gather more information (the type of visit you’d like and your availability.)

2. You’ll get an invite to our online patient portal where you can track your progress, see lab results, make appointments, and more (you can also do many of these things on the phone if you prefer!)

3. We’ll schedule your appointment!

Although we do not accept any private insurance, we will check your insurance coverage and submit out of network claims to your insurance company for you.

If you have Medicare, we will bill through Medicare for your visits, and you will be charged a $199/month Medicare membership fee.
