Health Coaching

Health and wellness coaches support you in achieving optimal health and wellness based on your goals.

They help you get clear on what your ideal life looks like, and give practical steps, accountability, and support to get you there - one step at a time.

If achieving your health and wellness goals has been difficult or elusive, a health coach can give you:

  • Structured guidance 

  • Clarity and focus on what matters most to you

  • Ways to overcome limiting beliefs and negative self-talk

A health coach will help you make sustainable, healthy lifestyle behavior changes.   

We’ll provide a safe, nonjudgmental space that allows for creative exploration to support you in getting clarity on your goals and an action plan to achieve them. We'll help you feel motivated, increase your self awareness, and provide accountability that leads to improved health and increased quality of life.

We offer two kind of coaching: group coaching and individual coaching:

  1. Group Coaching

Group Coaching is ideal for people who:

  • Want to increase their commitment to their goal but don’t want the intensity of individual coaching.

  • Prefer community, like to learn from others, and want the support of a group.

  • Are looking for tools and strategies to create habits that last a lifetime, instead of fast results that may not necessarily be sustainable.

Benefits of group coaching:

  • You will receive a structured format with sufficient room for growth and development.

  • You may feel less pressure because the attention isn’t on you all the time, though there will be space for “spotlight” or “laser focused” coaching.

  • Group coaching offers a shared experience through community. You will have other people to cheer you on and celebrate your accomplishments; enhancing your potential for success. 

  •  Authentic connections among clients.


2. Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is ideal for people who:

  • Have chronic conditions that greatly impact health or quality of life and need immediate results.

  • Need more intense or focused accountability to meet their goals.

  • Are drowning in information and education, but lacking in tools and strategies to accomplish their goals.

Benefits of individual coaching:

  • The coach gets a better understanding of, and gives more personalized attention to, the client’s strengths and supports the client in cultivating strengths to achieve goals.

  • The area(s) of focus or agenda is customized to the client’s needs as time progresses instead of a more general agenda done beforehand. 

  • The client gets more focused attention and accountability.

  • The client gets more time with the coach.
