PAYING YOUR ANNUAL FEE
We have recently partnered with Wild Apricot to help manage your annual fee and give you more control over your plan. You will now have a separate profile hosted by Wild Apricot where you can log in, choose your plan, manage family members, and update demographics at any time. *This is separate from your charm patient portal.*
If you are a new patient, please be sure to register as a new patient first by visiting our medical care page before paying your annual fee. If you are a returning patient who hasn’t been seen by one of our medical providers in over 1 year, please contact our office before making a payment.
If you are a current patient needing to renew, please register below. You will be prompted to pick your plan, set up your profile, and make a payment.
