+ Which care track is best for me?

Foundational Care is for the 80% of our patient population that can be served well, regardless of diagnosis, by focusing on root causes of wellness such as:

  • Nutrition & Hydration
  • Exercise & Movement
  • Sleep & Relaxation
  • Relationships & Networks
  • Stress & Resilience
  • Mental, Spiritual & Emotional Balance

Advanced Care is for patients who need advanced diagnostics, increased care, and are living with chronic & complex illnesses, such as:

  • Complex autoimmune diseases, Lyme & EBV
  • GI dysfunction
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Bio-identical hormones
  • Cognitive impairment
  • Advanced detoxification of mold, plastics, & metals
  • Cancer
  • Other previously intractable issues

After registering, our case reviewer will consult our medical team to suggest your best care track. You may also schedule a 'consult before annual fee' visit to discuss your needs in person.

+ Will I be able to transfer between Foundational & Advanced Care if I need to?

Yes. Should you and your provider find it medically necessary for you to move to a different level of care, you can do so pending the following:

  • You have completed a full year of treatment, if in Advanced Care
  • If your provider does not see both Foundational and Advanced Care patients, you may have a short wait for an available provider.

+ I’m basically “well” but really interested in advanced diagnostics. Can I be in the Advanced track?

Of course. Many patients want to learn more so they can continue to prevent health problems in the future, or improve their wellness. We just need to make sure there’s an opening on a practitioner’s panel who provides Advanced care.

+ What if I just want one specialty lab test completed, can I just pay for that and not pay for the Advanced Care track?

No. If there’s a change to your health and you require a speciality lab test, you will need a provider who is specifically trained to anaylze your results and determine your course of treatment. We have found that it can take up to a year (or more) to correct imbalance found in abnormal specialty labs.

+ Who are your medical providers and which track do they offer?

Our medical team consists of:

+ I'd like my whole family to recieve care at CIH. If I am the only one in my family who needs Advanced Care, what is my annual fee?

The most affordable option for a family (where one person requires Advanced Care) is to sign the whole family up for the Advanced Care track.

+ Before paying the Annual Fee, how can I make sure CIH is a good fit for me?

No problem! Your first visit with us will be the Consult Before Annual Fee visit. This visit is designed to let you experience the practice before you commit to the Annual Fee. You will meet face-to-face with a medical provider, review your health issues and treatment options, and determine together the level of care/care track you need or desire.

  • This visit is submitted to your insurance (copay, co-insurance, deductible apply). It does not require the annual fee payment.

  • Your provider will review your health history and consult on treatment options.

  • No procedures, such as EKG, pap smear, or labs will be completed at this visit.

+ Do I need to pay an Annual Fee for complementary therapies?

No. The Annual Fee is only required if you are receiving care from one of our medical providers i.e., Dr. Wong, Paula Marchetti, Marna Regehr, Dr. Delistathis.
