After experiencing my own profound healing from chronic asthma and trauma through the Body Memory Recall (BMR) approach, I was inspired to pursue a career in bodywork to offer this service to others. My dedication to healing and transformational bodywork has allowed me to work with others to explore body memory and its relationship to pain, stress, trauma, illness, and behavior.

Although I have a particular soft spot for women’s health and trauma, I enjoy working with all types of clients with many different health challenges. I confidently believe that professional, targeted bodywork – particularly BMR – gives a person the opportunity to release years of accumulated stress, fear, grief, anxiety and pain from past experiences and to actualize true peace of mind and health. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to assist every individual on their healing journey and explore the mind-body connection.

I love being out exploring nature any chance I get, particularly climbing mountains.
