I became a certified practitioner and teacher of EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) after personally experiencing EFT’s remarkable ability to relieve my own stress-related emotions and physical symptoms. My introduction to EFT began in 2008 when I watched the documentary, “The Tapping Solution,” which described it as a self-administered healing technique combining modern psychology with the principles of acupuncture (without needles). I became passionate about treating and empowering others to use this tool to improve their lives, emotionally and physically. Tapping’s simple method and accessibility allows anyone, including children, to quickly relieve their own stress and pain – anytime, anywhere.
In 2013, I began teaching Tapping to the nursing staff at several hospitals, including the highly regarded Cleveland Clinic. I have also taught it to caregiving organizations, to medical students at the University of Maryland, and have trained and personally treated hundreds of individuals.
